Classes

We offer 4 classes per week run by qualified personal trainers with years of group training experience.

Our classes are for all abilities and we keep them affordable at $5 per class so these are accessible

Evening Bootcamp/H.I.I.T

Monday and Wednesday Evening 6.15pm
Bootcamp/HIIT style training. All abilities welcome to this 1 hr session. We mix it up at each session and you are never bored. A great way to be introduced group fitness or add another dimension to your training. Bring a towel and water

Fitmums

Tuesday and Thursday Mornings 9.30am
A children/baby friendly fitness class similar to HIIT or bootcamp. All abilities but female only. Bring a friend, children welcome, supportive inclusive enviroment. Come along and give it a try. Bring a towel and a water bottle.
